This is what The Body Shop has to say about the toner:
A hydrating toner that removes traces of cleanser, dirt and make-up without drying the skin, leaving it feeling soft, supple and refreshed. It leaves a velvety feel on the skin.
Since I got this for free, I can't provide you its cost. Though their website says its $12.50 for the full size (200ml). I only got 60ml. Not bad for being free. It didn't come like those really small free Korean skin care bottles, than can last 3-7 days only. This lasted for a month.

I don't see myself purchasing this. But for combination types on a dry weather (winter), they might probably enjoy this since it is mild on the skin (doesn't sting or give you this tingly feel). Weather's very humid from where I'm coming from. Drier and older skin types might find this a good buy.
Oh, I still love The Body Shop! :) I do have good buys from them.
